I appreciated the included breakfast. It was a good start to the day. The staff was very friendly. The location is GREAT because it's close to attractions. I found the fast wifi a plus.

The reception staff provides assistance. They are always available and polite. The cleaning staff does a great job maintaining the premises. Staff members offer help with luggage storage after checkout. I FOUND their service very helpful.

The hotel has a REALLY central location. The subway is very close. My room was cute and very clean. Breakfast was basic, but I appreciated the cappuccino.

The room had an awful cold light source. Mattresses were soft and pillows lumpy. I didn't sleep WELL after reading about bed bugs, though I found none.

This place boasts an excellent location. You can see the tram 28 stop from the window. The city center is right around the corner. Public transport and landmarks are easily accessible.

Breakfast was included, a nice bonus. It was minimal, but it sufficed. I particularly enjoyed the fresh coffee available each morning in the dining area.
